Retrieve your APCC License or Change Your Email Address

If you no longer have your APCC license key or you wish to change or retrieve the email address associated with your license, refer to the appropriate section below. The results are auto-generated, so you will have the information right away.

Email My APCC License

If you have forgotten or misplaced your APCC License key, it can be emailed to you automatically by following the instructions below.

  1. Enter your email address. The email address can be the same as what is on your original license key, or an updated email address if you have previously changed your email address associated with this license. The system maintains a record of both.
  2. Click the Email My License button. If found, your license will be emailed to your email address.

Change My APCC Email Address or Retrieve Current Email Address

This routine is useful for the following purposes:

Your email address will be used only for the following reasons:

Changing your email address will not change the email address in your current license key. The original email address will remain a part of your license key.

Directions to change your email address:
  1. Copy and paste the five lines of your APCC Pro or APCC Standard license key below.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Click the Change Email Address button to change your email address. A confirmation screen will appear.
  4. Review the displayed email address to be sure that it is correct.
Directions to retrieve your current email address:
  1. Copy and paste the five lines of your APCC Pro or APCC Standard license key below.
  2. Click the Get Current Email Address button to retrieve it. A results screen will appear with the email address that we currently have on file.
    NOTE: Your email address will be different than shown on your license if you have previously changed it.
  3. At this point, you can follow the directions above to change your email address, if you wish.
